Our Optical Staff:
Karen has been a licensed optician since
1991 when she graduated from Middlesex
College. We were lucky enough to have her
join Colchester Eye Care to run our optical
department full time in 2002. She has
extensive experience in frame selection and
eyeglass fabrication. Her lens knowledge is
unsurpassable and she is a perfectionist!! If
you want to know something was done the
absolute best it could be, just work with
Karen!
Karen is one of those people who always
amazes you with the extent of their talent.
She is very artistic, she is an amazing
decorator and has an incredible sense of
style. She is an avid bicyclist an amazing
gardener and is currently learning to play the
violin.
Stop by anytime to visit Karen in the
dispensary (that she is mostly responsible for
designing!). She is always happy to make a
personalized recommendation!

Tracy is officially our office manager, and
most of her time is dedicated to that role,
but she really can do it all. She has been
with our practice since 1999 and has been
helping patients with all there eye care
needs ever since. She is great at helping
people with any of your optical needs
including eye wear selection, adjustments
and dispensing glasses.

her face! She has the most incredibly
positive attitude about life! She is a truly
kind, caring, conscientious and ambitious
person.
Carol is our newest eye care family
member and we feel very lucky she that
decided to join us. Carol is not new to
opticianry though. She has worked in the
optical field for over 30 years and has
been a licensed optician since 1986.
Carol is certified by the American Board of
Opticianry (ABO) and the National Contact
Lens Examiners (NCLE).
Carol is well-skilled in all areas of
opticianry. She truly enjoys assisting
people in selecting the eyewear to best fit
their particular life style needs and
personality, as well as teaching people
about the latest advancements in eyewear
materials and designs.
In Carol’s spare time she enjoys golf,
gardening, oil painting and music.
